Quality control

STAFOR HHO have installed a variety of testing equipment for inspection in each production step. Our products are tested using different parameters and standards before they are delivered to the market.

Shipping Policy

The price of delivery is included in the order amount. Orders are usually shipped within 3 days of receipt of payment and are shipped via International Mail with tracking number and delivery with a signature. Shipping costs include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Shipment fee varies depending on the weight and destination. The boxes are of sufficient size for your order to be well protected.

Online Returns Policy

Our goal is to try to completely satisfy you with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you can return it within 30 days of the invoice date, if the product has not been used. To do so, please contact us.

Return to STAFOR HHO

Goods are bought on the website and will be sent to your address, and can be returned to STAFOR HHO. The returned product must be in combination with the bill and the pack it was included in the consignment.

If you are paying for shipping costs, and decide you do not want your ordered goods, or you purchased them by mistake, the delivery costs are not refundable. If you are paying for shipping costs and order during delivery is broken so you do not need to accept it and draw up the act of faulty in International Mail then you are able to return shipping charges.

Order can be returned only by prior consent and approval (from STAFOR HHO). The returned product must be sent to our mailing address shown in the contact section. In another case, the goods were not considered for return.

You are responsible for packaging requirements of the carrier used.

You are paynig for transportation costs of the return of items.

If the returned goods are not damaged and the total purchase price exceeds € 100.00, we recommend that you insure the return shipment. STAFOR HHO will not accept items that are damaged during the return. Please note that insurance costs are not refundable.

The returned package is processed in the order in which it is received. After receipt of the returned items STAFOR HHO usually processed items in 1-3 working day (s). We will notify you by e-mail about returned goods processing. Compensation (return of the purchase price) is performed only in the same manner as payment was made.

Terms you need to know about returning goods

Packages or items that are damaged during shipment - please contact us within 3 days of receipt and send the item defect act from International Mail. Otherwise, we will assume that the item is properly delivered - not damaged.

Items can be returned only in resale condition (with invoice and packing) if the goods are damaged and / or missing original packaging price is not refundable.

Any item return additional expenses - transportation, taxes, etc. shall be deducted from the price of the returned goods.

State tax refunds: In some states, sales tax is non-refundable. If you are one of those countries, any sales tax will be repaid in accordance with the applicable national law.
